3.Next, take a look at what you are generally drinking on a daily basis. Drink plenty of water. It hydrated our bodies, and helps to flush out our system. Drink enough milk, and one serving of juice daily.
4.Take a multi vitamin. Whatever nutrients you are not getting in food, you can help to make up for it with a multi vitamin.
5.Make sure you are getting enough shut eye. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, depending on your body' s need.
